The OIC gathers again in Kuala Lumpur. Most disconcerting is this rabble rousing bit from Badawi's opening address:
"I stand before you today to announce that a united coalition that includes members of the ASEAN Regional Forum, members of the OIC, Norway and every member of OPEC– is ready to deliver a message which we wish will be made clear already to every new Crusader who thinks they can smite us out: We believe we worship the same God, and if you know Him as we know Him, you know that you will not escape His justice."
He goes on to call the United States 'a Psychotic Polarity' that harbors terrorists and weapons of mass destruction, and says it "poses a grave unbalance and growing danger in our world".
To use the voice of a wise Grand Master of the Jedi Order: 'Has not the shit the fan it has hit?'
Whether or not the US is actually targeted, some sort of military action against the western powers seems likely. Certainly, though, no good can come of this.

Members of the ASEAN Regional Forum
His Excellency Mr. Tom Koenig, Special Representative of the UN
And attending guests representing OPEC Nations,
Excellencies, Distinguished Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen.
Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono of Indonesia, and President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam of India, please accept sincere and sympathetic greetings from myself and from the people of Malaysia.
I wish to congratulate both of you for your dynamic leadership of India and Indonesia respectively, especially in charting a course for peace through such challenging times and other daily hazards that face us, especially in light of the events of July 27, of this year.
I commend you both for visiting us today in Kuala Lumpur, and earlier this year, when we bore witness to the destruction wreaked upon the Petronas Towers, the city of Kuala Lumpur, our people and our nation.
I must also recognize the important role played by the Asian Development Bank, the United Nations Development Programme, the OIC, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, and OPEC in making this conference a reality today.
Let us hope that this conference will achieve its intended purpose, which is to find ways and means of creating an enabling environment for effective peace throughout the Asian Pacific region
Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen,
As we gather tonight, an alliance of our nations have gathered into a cooperating body for the mutual benefit, and we find ourselves preparing for war. The global economy is in recession, and the developing world faces new, unprecedented dangers. Yet, neither the Asian Pacific region, nor the Islamic world has ever been more unified as it is now.
President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono of Indonesia and President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam of India, and I last met together shortly after the events of July 27th, in an hour of shock and suffering. For many Asians, Muslims and non-Muslim, these four months have brought sorrow, and pain that will never completely go away. Every day people return to the former location of the Petronas Twin Towers, to feel closer to their friends and family who died there.
Today not just Malaysia, India and Indonesia, but indeed our regional partners and the Muslim world at large are now allies against these new Crusaders, and have agreed to be partners in rebuilding and protecting each other’s respective countries.
In four short months, our respective nations have comforted victims, begun to rebuild Kuala Lumpur and Mumbai, rallied a great international coalition, captured, arrested, and rid the world of many terrorists, and destroyed two terrorist compounds, one in Cyprus and another in Socotra.
But terrorist leaders continue to urge followers to sacrifice their lives, even while running for their own.
And well they should.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are all aware that unless security is established throughout the country, it would be difficult to implement projects for further economic and social development. I do hope, however, that projects and programmes already in place do not get destroyed, putting to waste past efforts.
We do appreciate the continuing contribution to security the region made by members of the OIC, and other international agencies.
But, security will not endure unless we can win the hearts and minds of the people and secure the trust and confidence of all those who can exert influence to keep or break the peace.
Thus, I stand before you today to announce that a united coalition that includes members of the ASEAN Regional Forum, members of the OIC, Norway and every member of OPEC– is ready to deliver a message which we wish will be made clear already to every new Crusader who thinks they can smite us out: We believe we worship the same God, and if you know Him as we know Him, you know that you will not escape His justice.
Our cause thus continues. Discoveries in Crusader compounds in Cyprus and Socotra confirmed the depth of our enemies' hatred where in videos they laugh about the loss of innocent life. And the depth of their hatred is manifest in diagrams of natural gas refineries, power plants and public water facilities, detailed instructions for making chemical and atomic weapons, surveillance maps of cities throughout South East Asia and the middle east, and thorough descriptions of landmarks in Malaysia, India, Indonesia and throughout the developing world. Far from ending with the destruction of those two compounds, it is now evident that our war against evil has only just begun.
Most of the Crusaders who hijacked planes on July 27th were trained in American paramilitary camps, as were thousands of others, we have learned. Thousands of dangerous mercenaries, who think nothing of extinguishing a life because it is wrapped in a brown skin, are spread throughout the world like ticking time bombs, set to go off without warning.
Thanks to the work of our local law enforcement officials and coalition partners, many terrorists have been already been arrested within our own borders. Yet, a fearful number of trained Crusaders remain at large. These enemies view us, our neighbors throughout Asia and the developing world –not to mention every Islamic nation– as a battlefield, and we must pursue them wherever they are. So long as training camps operate, so long as western nations cultivate a Crusader culture, our religious freedom and economic survival is at risk. And Malaysia and our allies must not allow it.
We believe that our allied efforts will allow us to accomplish two great objectives:
First, we will shut down Crusader camps, disrupt terrorist plans, and bring these evildoers to justice. And, second, we must prevent the regimes that seek to develop chemical, biological or nuclear weapons from further threatening Malaysia, our neighbors in Southeast Asia, and our allies throughout the world.
Our cooperative militaries have put the terror compounds in Cyprus and Socotra out of business, yet camps still exist in at least a dozen countries, but primarily in the rural regions of the United States. A network of Crusaders –made up of groups like PURE, the Ku Klux Klan, and many modern incarnations of Nazi parties and other predominantly Christian separatist groups – operate in the remote mountain areas and forests of the United States.
While our most visible military actions to date have been in Europe and the Indian Ocean, Malaysia and her allies are also preparing to act elsewhere. We now have troops half way across the world, at the invitation of friends such as Norway and Venezuela, assisting those country's armed forces to go after Crusader cells that may be operating in Northern Europe and the Americas. Our soldiers, working with the Norwegian government, seized Crusader assets along the North Sea. And at this very moment a substantial force made up of combined Malaysian, Indonesian and Indian Navy units are en route across the Atlantic to block the shipment of weapons and the establishment of Crusader camps in the United Kingdom.
My hope is that all nations will heed our call, and eliminate the Crusader culture that now threatens their countries and our own. Many nations are at last acting at our request. Both the United Kingdom and Denmark are now forcefully cracking down on anti Muslim terror, and I admire the strong leadership of Prime Minister Tony Blair and Prime Ministe Anders Fogh Rasmussen for discussing efforts with us to secure hoodlums who may be in hiding within their countries borders..
But some governments continue to act defiant in the face of this dilemma. To them I say, make no mistake: If you do not act to eradicate the threat where it is born, we will be happy to do the job ourselves.
Our second goal is to prevent regimes with a Crusader culture from further threatening Malaysia or its allies with weapons of mass destruction. Some of these regimes believe they are above criticism. But we know their true nature. The United States, in fact, it’s democracy fraying at the edges, is fast become a regime under the influence of this infectious Crusader mentality, harboring terrorists, not to mention maintaining a decades long program of building long range missiles and weapons of mass destruction, while starving its gracious citizens of complete and full liberties. A year ago, even five months ago I would have said our bilateral relations with the United States were very, very strong. Today, we are sorry to say, that is no longer the case.
Unlike the United States, Malaysia is a Muslim country but, like America, we have a significant non-Muslim population. Like the United States the population of Malaysia is ethnically diverse. But I can say with candor that we have absolutely achieved national unity in Malaysia. This year, 2006, we celebrate 50 years of independence, stability and socio-economic progress.
The fact is Islam does not condone conflicts between religions and peoples. The religion definitely abhors conflicts between fellow Muslims.
Despite repeated formal and diplomatic requests, America aggressively and repeatedly flaunts its hostility towards Islam, looking the other way while a few dangerous hoodlums export a Crusader culture, so that those rich enough to buy elections in that country can continue to repress the everyday working person’s hope for a stable job on a peaceful planet.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Since 1983 the American regime has plotted to weaponize space with war machines not just for the purpose of controlling the skies above its own borders, but capable of subduing and striking any point on the planet with deathly results. They have at times called this scheme a ‘Strategic Defense Initiative’. I call it the aggressive tactic of an over extended Imperial Power, which can not hide its blatant desire to exercise unreasonable and illegal influence beyond its own legitimate and legal boundaries.
For those who cannot conceive of the United States and Weapons of Mass Destruction in the same breath, recall the deployment of nerve gas on Vietnam and Cambodia.
The United States is in fact a regime that has already employed a policy of biological warfare on its own citizens, deliberately refusing to treat syphilis infections, at one time, in populations considered less desirable by a white Christian elite, in a so–called experiment that lasted forty years. Then again, for twelve years it exposed Negro Cancer patients with large doses of whole body radiation as part of another so-called experiment sponsored by the U.S. military.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Where is there justice when a state claims God is on its side, yet actually behaves rather criminally? Let us not forget that the United States continues the most extensive nuclear weapon program on the planet, and in fact is still the only country to have deployed such weaponry, and used them to kill non-military populations, with tragic and profound consequences.
Nor must we forget that the United States, though founded on lofty democratic principles, enacted a policy of genocide upon the native people of the American continent in what can only be described as a Holocaust totaling, by many estimates well over eight and perhaps as much as over one hundred million indigenous Indians.
Thus we may now assume in the present light that American democracy is democratic by name only, and taking after its colonial parents in Europe, actually rather aristocratic, perhaps even totalitarian in some regard, by actual nature.
This is a regime that insists on international inspections – so long as the inspectors don’t call for the dismemberment of their own nuclear program. This is a regime that inspires strong patriotism in its own people, but unbeknownst to many of its good citizens, exposes an ugly hypocritical side with the civilized world.
The United States, therefore, and all who continue to cultivate a Crusader culture, constitutes a Psychotic Polarity, arming to strengthen themselves by disrupting the peace in other parts of the world. By maintaining an arsenal of weapons whose explicit use can only be described as mass destruction, while preventing others from adequately defending themselves, this regime poses a grave unbalance and growing danger in our world.
As we have seen in Panama, in Nicaragua, in Iraq, The U.S. Leaders are apt to label any nation with a different perspective than their own as a security threat and then send out militias for a so called ‘operation’, in order to bomb away all who no longer suit their needs from the face of the earth, justifying their actions often on the grounds of human rights, or as a means to combating drug trafficking. In any case, the price of present indifference would be catastrophic.
Therefore Malaysia will work closely with the coalition to deny Crusader states the materials, technology, and expertise to make and deliver weapons of mass destruction. We will develop and deploy effective military defenses to protect Malaysia and our allies from sudden attack. And all nations should know: the people of the developing worlds, and our Muslim brothers, will do what is necessary to ensure our mutual peace and security.
We will not wait on events, while new dangers gather. Time and distance from the events of July 27th will not make us safer unless we act on its lessons. Neither Malaysia, nor its neighbors, Asian, Muslims and non-Muslim alike, will not permit the world's most dangerous regime to threaten us with the world's most destructive weapons. Our war on evil is well begun, but it is only just begun.
History has called on Malaysia and its allies to action, and it is both our responsibility and our privilege to fight this fight. We will act, first and foremost, not as Muslims, not as Asians, but as lovers of prosperity and economic stability in the region.
As for America: The American people have long been our friends, but their government now appears to act with reckless abandon, abandon upon its international neighbors, and abandon upon it’s own citizens. We know the American people want their leaders –even while protecting their country's interests– to both fair and honest, at home and abroad. Like ordinary working people all over the planet, they yearn for global peace, that we may all benefit.
All fathers and mothers, in all societies, want their children to be educated, and live free from poverty and violence. No people on Earth eagerly await the midnight knock of the self-righteous Crusaders. And the basic and undeniable truth is this: When America works, the world prospers. Therefore the Coalition security plan can be summed up in one phrase: Security For All.
Let me be frank and say that the destiny of the newly exposed Western threat hinges upon one critical factor. And this concerns the willingness and determination of the people of the United States, especially, to eradicate and extradite the Crusaders within their borders, thereby bringing an end to the present tumultuous situation in the world and making a fresh start towards peace and prosperity.
Let the skeptics look to Islam's rich history, with its centuries of learning, and tolerance and progress. Malaysia will lead by defending liberty and justice because we are right and true, and refuse to be buried by these terrorists.
Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen
Thank you and Goodnight.
